This mini-course was created for all of you beautiful souls in their awakening and ascension process.

If you have been called to take this course, it is because you feel you are on this planet to do more than what you are doing now. It is probably also because you have questions and wonder why you are on this planet, now that your life has been flipped upside down. You might also wonder what your mission is and might feel a little or very lost at this moment.

The awakening and ascension process can be quite demanding physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. What we can all do is find the tools that work for us, so we feel more empowered each day!

What I am sharing here is what helped me along the way. The information, tools, exercises, knowledge and wisdom I share here are things my spiritual teachers, books, my guides and higher self have taught me.

Please take what resonates with you and leave the rest.

You can expect to learn about:

  • The 4 body-systems: your physical body, your mental body (thoughts/memories), your emotional body, and your spiritual body and how to clear them.
  • The 7 main chakras
  • The 8 clair senses
  • Clearing techniques, meditation and a healing journey

As you will move along the sessions, you will be invited to practice more awareness and connection to your body, releasing stress and thoughts from your mind, as well as lingering emotions, and you will be invited to connect more to your spiritual body, your soul and your essence.

We are energy, thoughts, emotions are also energy. It's important to learn how to move these energies so that we can feel empowered in our life. 

Being spiritually awakened or open to your spirituality means different things for everyone. To me, being awakened is understanding that I am way more than what I was told I was, that I am way more powerful than I was told, that I can attain way more in life than I ever thought!

Through the lessons, you will learn about all of these parts of you, how to connect with them, release what doesn't serve you and observe more of what happens within you.
